Someone from our Caregivers group chat asked this, "What's your own definition of happiness" I just replied.. "Happiness is being satisfied enough with the simple things you have and do not aim for more. It's when you see your family happy and healthy. It's when you wake up in the morning with the chance to experience life again, and hit the sack at night, safe and sound. If you live peacefully and think mindfully, you will understand the true meaning of happiness. It's not always money that gives us happiness, if so, those are just temporary. Oftentimes, the intangible things are what makes us genuinely happy." Goodnight..
