I experimented again yesterday and made some egg cookies (without baking soda 😅) The cookies on the left plate were pan-fried, while the other cookies were baked. The result of frying made the cookies soft. So I called it soft cookies 🤣I like the baked ones. Really taste like egg cookies... Good morning pala 🤭 ©Jane1289
