I noticed just now that the sponsorship payment I sent a few weeks ago is still pending.. Is it because the user didn't accept it? Or is there something wrong with the system again? Not only to one user but to others too...

Someone complained about it on readcash too ,i think "Jenthoughts" was the user. She said she renewed some sponsorship and it's been pending since.
So it is not just me huh?? the exact same thing has happened to me and I sent a week ago ad it is still pending
