A spouse should be the person who fixes the core of his better half. He is her companion, her buddy, her help and the one she trusts in and he covers her flaws. He drys her tears of torment. He makes her grin. He gives pleasure to her life. He believes her and his adoration for her is everlasting. He respects her during difficulty and simplicity. He regards her and misses her when she isn't anywhere near. He plays and messes with her to show his fondness and he implores with her to show their penance. He petitions for their adoration and favors to increment, and he requests that Allah assemble them in the castles of heaven. This is what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ showed us all through his favored life. This standard can be applied for the two sexual orientations.
