The discipline of writing

A lot of times I have much more ideas in my head , and I feel I need to write but I would soon discover that I don't know how to express my self in writings . In my country, English is the first language but not the mother tongue which brings about alot of interference with speech and writings. At some I point I did take my pen to to write long articles however I end up into different thought of my own which make me confuse and consume me alot. I had try to seek help and all has proven to be abortive I would be very glad if I could get advice on the website has to more disciplined with writings .
