Goals ( ideas needed)

Good day every one here I want to share something with every one. Having a goal is very good writing them is better and executing them is the best ! After graduation from a diploma in fiance in 2019, wish to intered with a financial institution in order to gain a well grounded experience. I even wish to have it with one of the biggest and best banking financial institution . Well I wrote them in my diary, I think about how to execute this plan so I have to make few call to those who would help me. But I was totally disappointed for few month I forget this goal and divate to work with factory not until when I was reading through my diary after about 5 months lol I found the goal and I have to face the goal again. I went to the financial institution meet people and by November I got luck to be picked. It was a fun learning process which should had lasted a year , but the pandemic make the employer to disengaged our services . Which goals have you have and how do you execute them ?
