Angel of humanity

Hi everyone! What's going on? I hope you are well, and enjoying a sound health. My prayers for those who are suffering from any mild or serious illness. May Almighty give them good health, and they get well soon. Health is the Almighty's greatest blessing, the importance of which can only be known by the ones who are suffering from illness.

My cousin, who is 35 years old, is not well for few days. At first, she was having a high blood pressure, so getting the medicines to control it, but now for last two days, she is having a severe headache. She went to so many doctors, but they are unable to locate the reason behind the continuous headache. Now, they suggested her to have a CT scan, to get the reason of the pain. May Almighty give her good health, and soon she get rid of this pain. Because, she is already fed up with this illness, and now want to enjoy the same health again.

Yesterday, I also heard a sad news, as a boy who was going to his home after the whole day work, got hit by the car, who left him on the road, and run away. Now he is in comma, and doctors are demanding a huge amount of money for his operation. His family is helpless, and can't afford it. I was sad to hear this, how cold hearted people have become to behave recklessly.

My mind is already filled with sad thoughts, and I am feeling sad to hear the sad news continuously. In the morning, the sad news came that, the famous and active philanthropist, who is also a social worker in Pakistan, Bilquis Bano Edhi, wife of Abdul Sattar Edhi passed away at the age of 74. She and her husband were running a foundation for 60 years, where they provide help and shelter to poor people.

They also run a largest ambulance network in Pakistan, including the various homeless shelters. They saved the lives of almost 50,000 babies, and served the humanity in every possible way. So many people adopted babies from their shelter home, where Bilquis Bano herself was taking care of little babies. The famous Pakistani actress and singer, Hadika Qiyani also adopted her son from their foundation. In the morning, she shared a heartfelt message for her, and thank her for being the reason of her adoption of her child.

In short, the couple spent their whole life serving the humanity, the reward of which they would receive from Almighty Allah. Now they both are not in this world, as the husband, Abdul Sattar Adhi also passed away in 2016, but their efforts and services would be remembered forever. May they both rest in peace, and Almighty give them highest rank in JINNAH.

Whenever, I hear about such people, who proves to be the angel of humanity, I feel the same urge to serve humanity in every possible way. Because the life we are living, is just a purposeless life, devoid of any kind of betterment for humanity. Our life would be meaningful if we spend it with a certain purpose. I pray, our every day spent serving the helpless humanity, and we can do everything possible for the betterment of society.

That's all for today. Tomorrow is holiday, so everyone would be happy, as it's the general resting day for everyone. Be happy, and never be the reason to bring hardships in other's life.
