Mercy with animals

One day I was going to my office and was in deep thoughts when I reached near a lake I saw a dog was crying there and his neck was wounded. The dog was crying and every one was passing away no body give any attention to the dog.I stopped there and went near the dog he was afraid as he was thinking that I would hurt him.But slowly I put my hand on his head.Now the dog was convinced so I put piyodin on his wonud. The dog was now get some relief and he sniff my hand and express his love for me.That I felt very comfortable and peace in my mind. So Please love the animal because they are also creature of God.
