The social media platform Noise.cash has given away millions of dollars in their cryptocurrency noisecash to their content creators and members since its launch on January 5th, 2017.
The content creators are rewarded based on how many tips the content receives for each post. Tips are given to the content creator in real-time by other members of the platform as well as noise.cash.
The Noise.cash system is simple. Members create an account, add a photo and start creating content for the platform. Content is given a chance to receive tips from other users. Content is rated, and consists of photos, videos, reviews and even audio clips that relate to cryptocurrency and its culture.
Noise.cash is a project - not a company, a service or a product. Its purpose is to facilitate getting paid for creative work and to facilitate the proper attribution for that work. It does this by encouraging artists to provide samples of their work so that listeners can decide whether or not to pay for the full tracks. Samples are provided at no charge and used under Creative Commons licenses. In return, listeners have access to music from a wide variety of artists without having to pay for it prior to hearing it.
Rules guiding the use of Noise.cash
A) NO NOISE.CASH SPAMMING.
B) YOU CANNOT INFLUENCE THE LOGIC OF THE SITE THROUGH THE USE OF PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES OR DISTRACTING CONTENT.
C) DO NOT DEVELOP A METHOD THAT EXHAUSTS THE CAPABILITIES OF THE PLATFORM, IT CAN FLOOD LIKE SEARCH ENGINES.
D) NO INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT, PORNOGRAPHY, JOKES OR ANYTHING THAT YOU DO NOT WANT YOU KNOW YOUR CHILDREN IF YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THEM.
E) THERE IS NO INSPIRATIONAL EVIL MALICE, RACISM, DISCRIMINATION AGAINST OTHER RANKS OF PEOPLE AND RELIGIONS.
F) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACTIVELY REPORT AND REGULATE ALL USERS AND THEIR PAYMENT ACCOUNTS FOR PROPAGATING DANGEROUS IDEOLOGIES OR ACTS BASED ON THESE PHILOSOPHIES ELSEWHERE,
even the violation of these simple requirements can lead to the closure of the account and the blocking of the IP address of all services belonging to Noise.
