Uno de los desayunos preferidos en mi casa son los molletes de Antequera, y, desde que descubrimos que podemos comprarlos en Carrefour, de vez en cuando nos pegamos el gustazo... Es muy sencillo, se meten al tostador, una vez tengan un leve tostado se sacan, se abren como para bocadillo y aquí es donde se extienden distintas posibilidades: mantequilla, mantequilla y mermelada, mantequilla y jamón de York, tomate y aceite, sobrasada, etc....
