As the newlywed couple sailed across the lake, a fierce storm suddenly struck. The boat rocked violently, and waves crashed against its sides. While the husband, a seasoned warrior, remained calm, his wife was filled with terror. She trembled and shook, feeling utterly hopeless.

As the storm raged on, the wife cried out to her husband, "Aren't you afraid? We might not make it to shore. We need a miracle!"

But the husband remained silent, his expression serene as he gazed out into the tempest.

The wife's fear grew more intense, and she begged her husband to do something. He pulled out his sword, causing her heart to race even faster.

She cried out, "What are you doing? Are you mad?"

With the sword held close to her neck, the husband asked, "Are you afraid?"

The wife was frozen with fear, unable to respond. But then, a sudden sense of calm came over her.

"Why should I be afraid?" she asked, her voice steady. "I trust you, and I know you love me."

The husband smiled and put away his sword, explaining, "This is my answer, my dear. I have faith in God, and I know that He loves us. Whatever happens, good or bad, is in His hands. If we survive, it will be good. If we don't, it will still be good because everything happens for a reason, and God cannot do anything wrong."

As the storm raged on, the husband's words gave the wife strength and comfort. Though the boat was tossed about by the waves, she felt a sense of peace and trust in the midst of the turmoil. And in the end, they made it safely to shore, both grateful for the strength that had carried them through the storm.
