The Return That Wasn't Planned ~~This will be a series of episodes that will contain some unsaid dreams which can't be fulfilled but at same time completed in our imaginations~~ Okay, so let me tell you what happened — and no, this isn’t from some drama, this actually felt like it was my life playing out like a scene from a show. So I walk into this school — yes, that school. The one where it all began. The sun was hitting just right through the corridors, and everything felt weirdly familiar, like I had walked back into a memory instead of a real place. And then... I saw him. Yes, him. Sitting right there in the front row of this big, important seminar like nothing ever happened. Like he hadn’t disappeared years ago without a word, leaving behind all the mess and silence. But the moment he looked at me — just one look — something shifted. He looked at me like I was still his safe place. Like he knew I’d be there. And without saying a single word… he just stood up. I swear, the expert was still speaking and he just got up. The whole hall went silent. People were confused, the experts angry, and I was just... shocked. He walked right out of the seminar hall with that same stupid arrogant smile, like he owned the world. But before leaving, he looked at me one last time — and in that one second, I saw it. The faith. The belief. The unspoken message: You’ll handle it, won’t you? And of course, I nodded. I don’t even know why. Then all hell broke loose. The experts were furious. The coordinator was embarrassed and said, “Sir, I’ll assign him a heavier workload as punishment.” And guess what? I’m sitting there thinking, “Yup, and I’ll be the one doing that too.” After the meeting, we got our assignments. Everyone had their share, but he — oh, he had twice the work. And me? I started doing both our parts. And yes, I was exhausted. I didn’t even realize when I fell asleep mid-task, head on the desk, pen still in my hand. And then... he came. No dramatic music. No spotlight. Just him — quietly entering, seeing me passed out on all the work. And instead of saying anything, he just picked up the pen and started finishing it. Just like that. When I woke up, he was sitting there — silently, no explanation, no apology. But his eyes said it all: “Idiot. Who told you to do this alone? I’ve always been here… just not always visible.” And me? I just smiled. Half angry, half relieved. Like… I knew this was chaos. But it was our kind of chaos. To be continued...
