In the past what was in front of it was a high hill, then the construction of a fast road formed a bridge aisle. the lower aisle is for general users, and above the aisle there is a special freeway (Tax on Location / TOL). At first before there was lighting, at night it was so scary. But now lights have been installed, so that it looks bright and riders who pass through the bridge aisle need not be afraid....
