SEC accuses Forsage co-founders of creating Ponzi scheme The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has shared an update on the Forsage pyramid case. The decision includes the co-founders of the project,as well as marketers and members of the Crypto Crusaiders promo group. According to SEC representatives, 11 people took part in the creation and promotion of the financial pyramid, and they managed to fraudulently get over $300 million from retail investors. The creators of the platform acted according to the classic scheme - investors' funds were used to expand the network and build up the "bubble". The US authorities twice issued a decision to ban Forsage, but the participants in the scheme continued their criminal activities Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin also warned about Forsage fraud, comparing the project with Bitconnect and Onecoin.
