Russian companies are starting to pay salaries in cryptocurrency - there are cases when in some companies up to 30% of employees switched to a new form of payment. Among the most sought after digital assets are Bitcoin, Ethereum, BCH and USDT. FYI Russian Labor Code establishes that wages are paid in cash in the currency of Russia, an exception can be made from this rule upon a written application from the employee, but the share of wages paid in non-monetary form cannot exceed 20% of accrued monthly salary.
