I don't understand what it is - elite students. I understand what elite dogs or horses are. I don't know elite people. I know educated. I know intelligent people. An attempt to replace the intelligentsia with an elite whose degree of elitism is determined by the level of their income gives rise to stratification, and with it the savagery of souls that we have received.
