Process vs Outcome Whenever you set a goal of “Outcome,” you will fail. If you set the goal of "Process", you will succeed. Results Based Goals that only relate to the end goal can be helpful in setting goals, but can also backfire if the result is not achieved. Process-oriented goals focus on building and maintaining habits as a goal, reducing the effort required to achieve a particular outcome. In addition, goals are actionable, which makes them more tangible. Process-oriented goals are more likely to lead to long-term success because they help you enjoy the action and separate a sense of accomplishment from the end result. In trading, the result is money, as long as you focus on money and not on the process itself, you cannot be profitable over the long run. © CryptoGuru Image source : Unsplash
