I really love cooking especially when its my favorite viand. Just like this food we called menudo I can say that I can cook this always and be excited since this is one of my favorite food. Do you believe in the saying that the Chef or the one that cooks the food doesn't wanna eat the food that they had cooked because the got used to the smell of it and it doesn't excite them. well for me it dont apply that way I love eating the food that I cooked.
