Winter is on its way, and I hope we will soon get to enjoy it. The next week, my staff will resume work because there are several fruits and vegetables that need to be picked before they go bad. In my garden, I have a lot of papaya plants, and they are already starting to produce fruit. There are so many papayas that I can't possibly eat them all by myself. Therefore, I must use those papayas to make jam and pickles.
