According to the most recent weather forecast, typhoon Noru will hit us on Thursday, September 29. However, we have been experiencing heavy rainfall and flooding for several weeks. The flooding has been exacerbated by yesterday's heavy rain from Typhoon Noru. As you can see in the photo, the road adjacent to my property wall, where I planted fruit trees such as mangos and bananas, is completely flooded at your hip level. I can't imagine how badly the Noru typhoon will hit us in the coming days.
