Rain has been falling on and off since the morning. Once the rain has stopped, I rush to my garden. I need to harvest a lot of green round eggplants, often known as Thai eggplant. These green round eggplant is fairly common in Thai traditional cuisine. We all eat this green round eggplant raw as a fresh vegetable in Thailand, and it is one of my favorite fresh vegetables to eat with chili dipping. Have a wonderful Friday and weekend, everyone!
