Ipomoea Obscura Flower - This morning is cloudy but not rainy, so I can take a quick walk around my property to see anything has changed since I was gone for a month. I discovered this simply white flower of Ipomoea Obscura growing naturally. The foliage of Ipomoea Obscura is quite distinctive with heart - shaped leaves and trumpet - shaped flower with 5 rounded lobes fused together in white pale to yellow flowering. It is a twining vine with creeping or climbing habit that commonly found on untended land. Obscure Morning Glory and Small White Morning Glory are common names of Ipomoea Obscura. It, like most plants in the Morning Glory family, prefers full sun. I confessed that I am still in a mourning mood, and yesterday I found my cat "Tiger" in an exhausted state with a high fever who approached me after I called him out from the shrubs where he was hiding. "Tiger" was sent to a vet clinic, where a lab test revealed that he had FPV. Another depressing Sunday for me.
