I took my parents to the Covid-19 booster shot medical centre this morning. And I am so fortunate that my preferred "mRNA" vaccination is available, and I am obligated to have it for my first shot of Covid-19 Vaccination. I experienced some side effects, but they were minor, consisting of a mild fever and muscle pain. The weather isn't too hot today, but I feel like I need some fresh air after my afternoon nap to enjoy some flowers in my mom's garden. This tiny white flower of Bitter Leaf Tree, or Gymnanthemum extensum, reminded me of my grandfather, who planted it 60 years ago and loved to chew the Bitter Leaf Tree's leaves to help lower blood sugar levels, which may help with diabetes. We now only enjoy its tiny flowering shrub and no longer take advantage of the tree's medicinal benefits.

There are so many plants, even weeds as we call them around us that have phenomenal medicinal qualities, but we’ve forgotten how to use them and go to get artificial medicines instead. Sad. Take some rest Andy 💙
There are many plants that I have tried for medicinal purposes but no longer use. It's so sad as you said, and the pill is so quick and simple to take nowadays.
