This morning I had a dentist appointment. However, because my high blood pressure was revealed during the medical screening prior to the dental work, my dentist must reject all of my dental procedures. This raises my concern, and I need to see a doctor as soon as possible. I didn't get enough sleep last night, which may have contributed to my high blood pressure. When I get home, I try to unwind and enjoy the plants and flowers in my garden. And I spent my afternoon pampering my mammillaria cactus, which had been neglected for quite some time.
