Time is flying by, and we are almost at the end of our Friday, with the weekend beginning the next day. I'm not in the mood to do anything other than get ready to travel once the lockdown in my community is lifted. I went for a walk around my garden and discovered a flower of Thai Holy Basil leaves. Actually, I don't pay attention to it because I'm only interested in picking the leaves for cooking. Thai Holy Basil has a distinct aroma and is one of many varieties of Holy Basil. Thai Holy Basil has a spicy, peppery, and clove-like flavor. If you've ever been to Thailand or eaten Thai food, you'll know that Thai Holy Basil is a key ingredient in the popular stir-fried pork or chicken with Thai Holy Basil. Thai Holy Basil has a lovely tiny flower. I'm not doing anything with its flowers. But only after it has grown to full size, dried off, and the seed has fallen to the ground will you be able to obtain a new plant of Thai Holy Basil. Have a wonderful Friday and weekend.
