Thai Eggplant - It has been raining since early morning. Rain is beneficial to plants and trees, but too much rain can lead to fungus and disease. I don't go for a walk around my property, but I do spend picking Thai eggplant I planted near my kitchen. Thai eggplant is a well-known for Thai food ingredient. We Thais eat them as frequently as Americans eat potatoes. Thai eggplant is unlike other eggplants of how it can be eaten raw as a fresh vegetable with spicy dipping or chili paste. It is one of a kind for its mild flavor and crunchy texture, and you can eat it raw without removing the skin. Thai eggplant has strong bitterness when it is overripe. It will also develop an earthy scent when cooked. I enjoy eating Thai eggplant as a fresh vegetable and every so often as an ingredient in Thai green curry. Thai eggplant that I planted may not look good as Thai eggplant available in supermarkets, but I can be self -assured that my Thai eggplant is free of chemicals and pesticides.
