Noni Flowering Buds - The weather is not that hot this morning with average of 31 °C so I spent 2-3 hrs. walked around my garden without any rush. Noni tree is a must to have in my garden as I use the leaf for our traditional cooking to warp the steamed fish in curry paste that mix with egg, fish and variety of fresh herbs. Noni flowering buds will be bearing fruits in next 2-3 months. Noni is a fruit bearing tree, straight trunk, large, bright green leaves, white tubular flowering with yellow lumpy surface fruit. Noni tree is easy to plant and grow and can tolerate in any condition of soils including wet, dry, acidic, alkaline and also saline soil. Noni is one of the most important medicinal plants in Pacific Region that uses root, bark, leaves, buds and fruit to treat in different application. Noni fruits is very strong distinct smell of stinky cheese or vomit like odor. Even it is badly smell, noni juice contains powerful antioxidants of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Calcium, Potassium, Biotin and etc. For a pleasant drinking, noni juice is often mixed with other fruits juice or added sweeteners to reduce bitter taste and foul odor. Noni tree is also be named as Morinda citrifolia, Beach mulberry, Indian mulberry and etc. Sometimes I drink noni juice mixed with fruits juice and honey. But love to use its leaf for cooking. And Most of my left over noni fruits will be fermented with sugar to be used as natural fertilizer for my garden. #MyGarden
