In Thailand, winter is approaching, and the weather is becoming cooler at night with bright sunshine during the day. I really enjoy my garden in the mornings during this time of year because there are so many fresh vegetables and fruits to pick for my cooking. I have a lot of Thai Eggplant in my garden, but this group of plants is quite unique due to their fist size. I wish you all a wonderful Monday.
