Winter is approaching in Thailand, and the weather is becoming cooler at night with bright sunshine during the day. During this time of year, I love going out to my garden in the mornings because there are so many fresh vegetables and fruits to pick for my cooking. In my garden, I have a lot of Thai Eggplant, but this group of plants is quite unique due to their fist size. I wish you all a fantastic Monday.
