I started my Saturday early to escape the rain and finished the ground preparation for growing a variety of plants next week. And it was my brilliant decision that the rain began to fall heavily after lunch. I was walking through my mom's garden for lunch when I discovered the Dragon Fruit had established its flowering bud. I'm not sure if I'll get another chance to enjoy its lovely flower and juicy sweet fruit because I'm planning to return home next month. How's your Saturday going?

A watermelon taste like fruit. .right? 😁 Why don´t you bring some seeds or stem or whatever you need to plant some on your backyard? Hehe.
Hope you can taste the fruit before going back to your own house Andy. Mine was productive as always.😉😉👍 10 hours drive is a bit far but atleast you can just drive anytime you want to visit instead of having to fly or on a boat because it's really miles away.
This is the first time I am seeing a dragon fruit bud. Looks lovely. Superbly captured too.
Love dragon fruit wishing mine would grow well up here but once it starts growing really well we get a freeze and it kills it off in the winter.
