I have the feeling that winter has passed and that it is now summer. The weather is extremely hot, with bright sunshine every day. I try to limit my outdoor gardening activities to a late-afternoon quick walk around my mom's garden. This Sunflower is standing alone in the garden on the ground. My mom said that she did not plant this Sunflower. The seed will come via air or other means. So she allows Sunflower to grow freely in her garden because it attracts more bees and insects, which help in pollination of other flowers that bear fruit.
