@IamAndy more from that month

The strong sun and sunshine dominated the sky until the afternoon, when it was replaced by heavy rain. I believe the weather is erratic and unpredictable. This morning, I assisted my dad in trimming trees and shrubs. The Chaya, also known as Tree Spinach, has been trimmed to keep it as a shrub and prevent it from becoming too tall. My mom planted this Chaya so that she could use the young shoot leaves and stems for cooking. It tastes similar to Chinese Kale, which I enjoy in stir-fried dishes. Furthermore, the tiny white flower of Chaya is gorgeous. I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday.
