Petrea volubilis or Purple Wreath - The summer is almost gone and we are approaching the rainy season at where I live. It is a busy time of the year that I need to prepare to plant a new plants and trees in my property. Land clearing has been started for many weeks and a week or so will be completed. This Sunday no work has been done as a day off. But I really enjoy my walking around the property to plan of where to plant the big trees, fruit trees and bamboos. I found this beautiful creeping vine flower of Purple wreath at one corner of my property. Sorry the photo is not that great and out of focus as this Purple Wreath flower is blooming 4-5 meter above ground. So many common name of Purple Wreath such as Queen's Wreath and Sand Paper Vine. It is climbing plant that can grow at the height of more than 10 meters. The Purple Wreath flower are densely packed in form that resembles a bunch of grapes. #FlowersPhotography
