I'm not a big fan of flowers, but I'm fascinated by any flowers that produce edible fruits. Every time a flower of any vegetable in my garden begins to develop its flowering bud and soon blooms and produces fruits, I am overjoyed. One corner of my garden is now filled with these lovely purple eggplant flowers. I simply love the purple color that stands out against the greenery, with bright yellow anthers in the center of its rosette. How is your Tuesday going?
