Although the weather appears to be returning to normal of less rain with extremely hot during the day, the flooding situation in my town is worsening. The municipality has informed us of the next rainstorm runoff overflow, which will result in flash flooding. When I went out to the garden this morning to pick some vegetables for cooking, I discovered that my chili plant had started to bloom. That those chili flowers can withstand the heavy rain and will soon produce hot chili fruits for my cooking is incredible.

There are plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits in my gardens and around my property.
