Is it starting to feel good to be alone? Do you realize how we are alone in such a crowd? How we disappeared in the crowd. The people and animals around us are meaningless to us. We don't care if buildings rise. For whom the surrounding entertainment venues play, for whom the songs are sung. What an empty life we live. Unhappiness has become a way of life now. The food you eat does not taste good. We have a language that has lost its flavor. Everything tastes the same. Even water is meaningless. Why did we stop living? What was it that made us so uneasy? What was the event that made life so cold? Is life so simple that it's empty? Isn't it worth living? If someone wanted to come and hold your hand, could you hold it? Why not start over. Think about it, ask yourself why not. Is there no hope for living? When will you hear the voice of this crowd? Which sounds will make sense to you? No no we can't. We cannot bear the weight of this world, even if we wanted to. In the world order that has changed in the last decades, why do we want to escape from it so much when we actually need to be alone more and listen to our souls? Social media: Everyone is very happy, as you know, on social media. Everyone is always experiencing something new with very crowded teams, joyfully, joyfully. At every moment of these experiences, he shares non-stop. It's like I'm more fun, I'm having more fun. We have been lost in the race in recent years. Being alone is almost in this virtual world of sharing, where we have created something that is not very acceptable. In addition to having carefree fun in crowds, being alone and giving the appearance of "I'm depressed and not social" is a situation that many people avoid and secretly do not want to be in that frame.
Even if we are going to share without feeling the need to prove anything to others, I really want to do it willingly. Alone or not. The never-ending feeling of "I'm always so busy": When I look around, everyone, including myself, always has a feeling of intensity, of not being able to catch up with something, of always being late for something. We are under such pressure in terms of time management that when we are on our own, when we are alone, we often feel like wasted time. What a pain. However, there must be moments in life when we need to be alone in order for our soul to feel better, understand and weigh itself. If we can't create the loneliness that we can listen to the voices in our brain in order to find ourselves and make the right decisions in our lives, wouldn't we be lost in all that stress, intensity and endless routine? The desire to run away from problems and facing ourselves: it happens to all of us from time to time; When we encounter a problem, we shake our heads and try to act as if the event never actually happened, and continue on our way. The feeling I'm talking about is something like seeing something we don't like or uncomfortable with on TV and changing the channel. When we are alone, we know that; we will be alone with the things that we avoid thinking, facing, and fear. However, if we do not run away, if we can look in the mirror in those moments we create for ourselves, if we make this situation of not running away, many things will be solved much easier inside us. We will find healing in our loneliness. I believe that we should make it a habit to create times where we can spend more time with ourselves and show the value we give ourselves. Taking ourselves out for coffee, reading that book left in our bag, scribbling our feelings in our notebook, going on a vacation alone and getting lost in a picture we look at… Our selves deserve to have all these experiences without escaping from ourselves and our need to be alone.
