Understandably, his friends were too and had many questions for their impromptu leader. Sometimes, we need to step back from the pressing questions and enjoy the moment. In this moment, Frodo was well aware of the perils they faced and the many to come but he just wanted to enjoy his breakfast to the best of his ability. This applies to us as well. We need to live in the moment. We cannot worry about tomorrow all the time.
