In the wake of the idea of "Exvangelicals" this passage stands out to me. It isn't the church that is the problem. It's the misinterpretation of Scripture. If you attend church, if you have a faith, you HAVE to read the Bible with your own eyes, and your own heart. It's too important to solely rely on pastors no matter how good they are. You have to seek and find and prayerfully accept the truth for yourself.
