When you look at a drop of water, the individual droplet is insignificant. But when collected together, drops of water make the ocean. Likewise, the contribution of an individual may seem small, but through collective action, the impact of this contribution grows exponentially. This is true not just for individuals, but for brands as well.

We all have aspirations, dreams and some form of excellence we wish to achieve in our lifetime. The problem is, many of us do not understand the concept of 'patience' and therefore we give up before reaching our achievable dreams and targets.
What if everything was achievable in life, but you just do not want to wait for it? Will your aspirations still remain unattainable? Or will you re-frame your thoughts and actions in a way that will allow you to attain them?
No matter how little an effort is, we all try our best to leave behind a positive imprint on this world; whether it be with our families, friends, or at work. The effort may be little for you, but for that person or person's it might have a great impact in their life. Anne Frank once said, "No one has ever become poor by giving." There is light at the end of the tunnel
Every day, you feel like you are in a dark tunnel with no way out. Everyone faces these challenges of depression, mood swings, and bipolar disorder. You will sometimes feel trapped in your own body and mind. It will feel like there's a constant battle going on inside of you. When we are going through the toughest time in our lives. Asking ourselves, 'Will I always be this way?
There is always light at the end of the tunnel. It may not be what you want or when you want it, but trust me, it's there. When someone is going through a tough time, they tend to think there is no hope and that they will forever be in that situation.
It may not be obvious. It may not seem like it, But No matter what you are going through, there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Even if you're struggling with relationships, dealing with depression, or struggling with your health and well-being, there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
You may not know how things can get better right now and you may feel like you're standing in complete darkness, but it doesn't have to be this way. It may not be obvious. It may not seem like it. But as long as we have the will to survive, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
When people share their story, the first thing they usually share is a hardship, setback or tragedy. It's hard for the public to see past the darkness and into the light. The truth is, most motivation comes from within. We constantly set goals for ourselves, whether it's to live a healthier lifestyle, start a business, or find love. We strive to reach these goals because we believe that our journey is worth it, and despite the "hurdles" in our paths, we can't be stopped.

The world feels real crazy right now, and there is a lot to be hopeless about. So when I replied with what I am hopeful about, I got a lot of questions. People wanted to know how I could have hope for such thing.*
*This is what I said: "There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Even when it feels like there isn't, that's just great life experience making you stronger. You just gotta keep pushing and learn from it."*
I'm not saying things will always be easy. You can go through so much in life and come out the other side better and stronger, but it is hope. But you see, hope for me isn't just a word or a "look on the bright side" type of thing; it's something I live every day.
They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I think that might be true if you don't have hope. Hope keeps you sane in these times, because if you have no hope, what is there to do? What is there to look forward to?

The day I got electrocuted
I got electrocuted while I was trying to repair the plug. I remember it like it was just the other day.
`I was in the kitchen trying to fix one of our old electric plugs. We had a lot of electric plugs that would keep breaking, and I was trying to figure out what was going on. So for some reason, I thought that the problem was that the wires inside were loose, and pulling on them would make them slide back into place.`
`So, I started yanking inside the wires. It didn't work at first, but then I felt a spark on my finger. Not thinking anything of it, I kept at it; maybe it's not just loose wires, but loose bits of wire as well.`
`I was still trying to fix the plug when my finger accidentally touched the both pieces of the live wire. Not that it was not a surprise, but the shock I got from it was even bigger than I’d expected.`
`I had replaced several plugs over the years, but this time was different.`
`I was determined to get the job done as quickly as possible. I should have switched off the power first but I didn't think about it until after it was too late.`
`The moment my hands touched the naked wire, electricity went through my finger and up my arm, through my heart, and right into my shoulder. My arms shot upwards like a lightning bolt had struck me! Next thing I knew I was on the floor.`
`Thank God I didn't try to peel off the rubber part with my teeth, otherwise I could have been badly burnt.The electric current then spread out at shoulder and went down through my left leg and out of my toes. Miraculously, I only lost count of three in that moment because I was knocked to the ground.`
`Luckily my brother came in that moment. He quickly switched off the power to avoid any further incident (though it was unnecessary) before he came to check up on me.`
`When mum heard, she came running in a cup of milk and a bunch of bananas in her hands (who told African parents that milk is the first cure for electrocution?). She started feeding me like I was a baby. That was a day I can never forget. Sometimes I still have electricity phobia because of the incident. But now, I'm always careful with the way I handle anything electrical.`
If you have experienced something like this, you know exactly how I felt. This is why you should always be very careful around electric wires, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing when it comes to electric repairs.

When we're kids, we think about adulthood as an abrupt point in life where everything changes overnight. We become an adult and suddenly get to do all the fun things that we were not allowed to do when we were younger. We start to see adulthood as an accomplishment that requires a lot of hard work.
**We** thought that adulthood would be fun, cool, and exciting. It would be the time of our lives. The time to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. We don't really have any rules right? Well, it turns out that adulthood is none of those things.
Sure, we always wanted the freedom to do whatever we wanted. The good thing is, we are free to do whatever we want. The bad thing is, we aren't under constant supervision anymore and there is no one to make sure that we do what we're supposed to do.
It wasn't too long ago that we were growing up as kids. Our parents were pretty much our heroes, because they did everything to protect us from any harm and teach us to be good. As we grew up, we left those days behind and became adults.
But, as we grow older, we learn what it means to be an adult. We eventually realize that there's no such thing as being an adult and that when we talk about adulthood, we are talking about a complex range of responsibilities that includes your career, your relationships, your finances and more.
To be honest, I have no idea how I grew up to be this type of adult. I technically did all the things I was supposed to do, but somehow I never ended up as the person I thought I would be when I grew up.
And then one day you wake up and you realize that you're struggling with the exact same stuff you struggled with when you were a kid
`One of the biggest struggles of growing up is the general feeling that your life is never going to be perfect no matter how hard you try. That feeling is amplified when you find yourself standing in your room wearing a suit on the day of your college graduation. You expected graduation to be a turning point in your life, but instead it just feels like a weird moment that you don't know how to respond to.`
Adulthood is often perceived as a time of great responsibility and high status. The truth is that adulthood doesn't always work that way. In fact, Adulthood is designed to give you tools and resources to better navigate the hurdles of life that aren't tied to a title or age.
We need to accept the fact that real adulthood has nothing to do with age, because it is about time, maturity, and more importantly choices.
In order to be independent, you should be capable of making your own decisions since you were a child. We do not need a guardian dishing out our daily life and constantly bothering about the kind of things we eat, the type of relationships we have and the way we dress up.
**The real fact about adulthood is that it's not a line you cross or an age you turn. It's just a bunch of small benchmarks that you reach when you're good and ready. It's the day you stop playing with Legos, but keep all your toys. It's when you stop asking your mom to do your laundry, but try your best not to spill anything on yourself. It's when you pay your own phone bill and your own rent, and maybe even have a roommate of your own.**
**It's when you make all of your own choices, good ones and bad ones. It's when you say goodbye to being able to complain about things without doing anything about them. It's when you start realizing that this is it, this is the rest of your life, and it's up to you what you do with it.**

The mind is the most powerful tool you possess. It is the driving force and it is the thing that gets you out of bed everyday.

When people think about winning and losing, they naturally assume that the most important things are physical strength, talent, looks, and what career you choose. However, they don't realize that the number one thing to being successful is your mindset.
The first step to having a winning mindset is knowing that if you really want something, you must go for it. Apply your heart and soul into what you want to achieve in life and don't give up until you reach your goals.

We all hear it time and time again. You must have a winning mindset if you want to be successful. Nevertheless winning isn't just a matter of thinking positive thoughts and telling yourself that you can do it. While positive thinking is one component of a winning mindset, it's not the only one.
Positive thinking is important but it's also important to understand that every situation and every obstacle you're going to face no matter what career path you choose has an upside. The key is to figure out how to maximize that upside and turn it into a success story for yourself.
If you want to win, then you need to develop an attitude of abundance and not scarcity. This is the biggest shift I had to make in my own life when I started on my journey from bottom to top.
It's also something that I tell all my students in school because when you start thinking about your life in terms of abundance, then opportunities will start showing up for you on a daily basis. Opportunities are all around us. It's just a matter of how we choose to see them.

Life goes on no matter the circumstance. Life can't wait because of the problems you face. No one can stop life, because life is the will. If you want to stop something, you can take part your heart out, but if you want to continue something, then the most important thing is to believe and it will be for you.

Life can't wait because of one's views, appearances or preferences. You are sometimes forced to start over. You manage because you get back up again. Sometimes you wish you could turn back time, but instead, you learn to move on. Life mistakes, life trips and life hurts, but life goes on.
Life can be hard, we have the power to make changes if we are motivated by a change. Change can happen even when you feel like you are stuck in a rut and can't move forward. We have the ability to move forward in life at any given time and take control. We also have the power to change what we don't like about our lives by making better choices and having the courage to face whatever comes our way.
Life goes on no matter the circumstance. Life can't wait because every move is a great opportunity to learn, grow and be happy. It's a journey to success, freedom and happiness. We make mistakes together and we learn together. I'm just like you and we learn from those mistakes not to make them again. We will never be perfect but we can always strive for excellence and a deeper understanding of ourselves and why life is good to us.

Take me back to November
I would like to take back the days when I wasn't stressed. The days I used to wake up without an alarm clock and just talk to everyone in school as if we were friends. I would like go back to the days when life hasn't gotten worse to the way it is.
I'd make sure the light defeated the dark. In its path to melting away the snow that engulfed my heart. I would've grown stronger to fight off all of the demons that wanted to hurt me. No matter how many times they tried, they would be unable to break me down. I would've been able to save so many of my friends with my words alone.
I wouldn't hesitate, if I could turn back the clock. I would make sure anybody could experience a taste of the brighter side of life. I'd make sure that some people were never undervalued, and I'd also make sure that people were never under appreciated.
I'd make sure people like us were always given a chance to be seen. I would break down every barrier that came about to keep us from achieving greatness. I would educate people about how important it is to respect each other, but even more importantly, I would show people why it's important to respect yourself. To love yourself and know you're beautiful. To stand up for what you believe in and know that you can handle anything.
I would have made sure that we were all shown that we're loved, right here and right now. Because if we are loved right here and right now, the future seems a whole lot brighter.
And if I could turn back the clock, I promise I'd do everything my heart desired to do. And I would try my best to show every single person that they are loved and they are cared for. I would show them love and then I would show them how grateful I was for them. Because if we were all loved, maybe then there would be no need for a change.
The world would be a whole lot brighter, Maybe a little sweeter than it is today, and just a little bit more colorful than yesterday.
Take me back to November, I'd make sure my hands were sturdy and strong so that I could help someone else along the way. Because you've only got so much time in your life.
I'd make sure that my words were chosen very carefully, because one day you'll have a child, and those words might be their legacy.
I'd find someone else to be strong for, who couldn't be strong on their own. I'd lend them my shoulder to cry on, because crying is as important as laughing.
I would force myself to do something (positive) every day that I didn't want to do, because life is just too short to settle for less than you can be.
*Part of my wishes we could go back in time and fix everything, but part of me is grateful that we couldn't because now we get a fresh start without any distractions holding us back from becoming better versions of ourselves.*

The story goes that Laszlo didn't have dollars to pay for the two pizzas so he offered his Bitcoins and got two pizzas delivered.
With this current fall in the Cryptocurrency market, the value of 10,000 Bitcoin on this day is worth $300million, It will buy millions of pizzas.
In 2010 Laszlo Hanyecz decided to try what no one has ever done before. It was a moment when bitcoin started to get more attention and people started to realize that this technology had a potential to change the world as we know it. He made his name known with what he did that year.
It was reported that He posted on a Bitcoin forum on May 18, 2010: "I'll pay 10,000 bitcoins for a couple of pizzas" It was the first time Bitcoin was used to purchase an item. It is therefore considered to be the very first Bitcoin transaction ever made.
Since then, the value of the cryptocurrency fluctuated significantly and in November 2017 the current Bitcoin price is exceeding USD 2000 per coin.
**One of the most recent notable events about Bitcoin is bitcoin cash , which came into existence following hard fork that took place in August 2017.**
**A hard fork is a term created from blockchain technology describing a split in the chain of blocks over time. Some people may see this as two separate currencies while others see it as one single cryptocurrency. Following this event, Bitcoin was divided into two new cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).**

Valar dohaeris is a valyrian saying which means ***"All men must serve".*** G.O.T lovers will be familiar with this phrase, it was one of the Game of thrones' episode title. **Men** is that saying doesn't mean the male gender alone, it means all human in general.
All men must serve. It's a fact that before you become a master, you will have to be a servant first, before you become a commander, you will have to be a follower first.
If you want to win big, you need to serve big. If you want to become a master in your domain, you have to be a servant first. This is an important lesson for every individuals.
Everyone of us have served someone in one way or the other. As a student, you serve your teachers. As an intern or apprentice you'll serve your master. Apparently anyone can serve and be served. Either your family, your community, your country and the world.
It's there in the Bible, The Bible says, all men must serve. The person who has become a master, has been a servant first. The person who has become a commander, has been a follower first. When Joshua was told to go stand before the Lord, he served. When Moses was told to go stand before the Lord, he served.
This principle applies also to the Kingdom of God. If you want to inherit all that the Father has, you too have to be a servant and a follower before you can become the Master and King.
The kind of service required of us today is just as definite as it was in Jesus' day. If a man does not serve before he leads, how can he lead?
Biblically Serving others is at the heart of what it means to be a Christian and what it means to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. It is at the very core of our faith to say that Christ came to serve, not be served. Don't quote me wrong "serve" and not "slavery".

You see, only when you become a master, can you truly know what it means to be a servant. When you become a commander, you will truly understand what it means to be a follower.

The way you make someone feel is permanent.
No matter what the action is that you take, the way you make someone feel is permanent. Our words and actions towards others play a major role in their quality of life and the choices they make.
You see, the way we choose to speak to others impacts the way they feel about themselves. Speaking positively about others rubs off on them and encourages them to do more positive things. But if we speak negatively about others, it can be a slippery slope that often times ends with them feeling less confident. We must be mindful of the way we influence others, especially children. The things we say and do will either better ourselves or better others, but not both.
To put it in perspective, the way you make someone feel physically is permanent. If you make someone feel like they are less than they are or present them with things they can't do, that feeling is permanent. Some people can change those feelings, but not always.
It's a lot of responsibility to be a part of someone else's life. It can be scary too, depending on the situation. Whether it's a new friendship or a first date or anything like that.
The way a person makes you feel, lasts longer than their momentary presence. If you never focus on making someone feel better than how they feel before they met you, then don't be at all surprised when they move on and find someone who will.
You have the power to make someone's day amazing, and all it costs you is your time and effort. Be a light. Be positive. Be helpful and kind and understanding. Show genuine interest in what they have to say, and make them feel like they are important and needed in this world. Give them a reason to feel good about themselves and send them on their way with hope for something better tomorrow.
Positive body language, positive self-talk, and positive communication. A friendly greeting in the public, a smile, or a kind word to a stranger. You have the power to make someone else feel welcomed, safe and more confident in themselves. Spread positivity and inspire others to spread it as well. The world could use more of it.
Trust has to be earned, and deserved. And if it's misused, it can be so heartbreaking. I wish we humans could make that trust last forever, because once one loses it, it can be really hard to get back. And I wish it wasn't that way... But I guess the alternative would be no trust at all and then no love, and we wouldn't want that either.
I urge you to keep in mind how powerful your words and actions are with the people around you, because they are permanent. They can last forever in the hearts of others. So you might as well put them toward something positive.
Every time you make a choice in life, you are cementing yourself in the way you view life, the way that you see yourself, and the way you experience being alive. You're creating a filter through which you interpret your surroundings.

The older I get
The older I get, the more I understand life and the more I understand life, the older I get. The more I see the realities of life and the things that are really important. The truth is that, even when things seem almost perfect, there are always a few things lurking that could possibly hinder happiness.
Life is a game, at the beginning, it's all peaches and cream. we conquer it all, we rescue the princess and slay the dragon. Then reality kicks in. We complete our education, go to college, get a 7-7 job, work ourselves out, buy a house, buy a car, pay bills and taxes. Life becomes a never ending cycle of time. We go to bed tired every night and wake up tired every morning. Traveling becomes harder as age creeps up and then we realize that passing time is something that can't be stopped.
A fact that many people overlook is that time passes by no matter what we do. Whether you're working or not working time doesn't give a damn. It keeps passing by at the same speed whether you're enjoying your life or not enjoying it. And then one day you wake up and realize you're getting older. You feel your skin sagging and you look into the mirror to see your face becoming wrinkled and dry. The hair on your head isn't as thick as it used to be when you were younger and your head starts to look like an overcooked steak when you take a shower.
These past few weeks have been surreal and an eye-opener for me. As simple as these words may seem, they speak volumes in terms of my core values and what my work stands for.
As I look around and see my peers (people a few years older than me), I notice that many have physically and emotionally changed dramatically. Our bodies change with time, and so does our confidence, self-esteem, and self-belief. Many of us have passed through the decades of life and seen the results of aging, it's not always pretty. Having lived over two decades already, I've learned a few things about what comes with growing older.
The first thing I learned is that one has to embrace the changes that come with age because there is no way to avoid them. Every wrinkle on your face tells a story, every new hair you find can point to a memory from long ago. Our bodies and minds are changing constantly, our organs function differently than when we were younger, our minds are slower to recall information, and our bodies move differently than we did even a few years back.
Accepting these changes isn't easy for some, but it's important to do so because pretending like these changes don't exist will only make you feel worse about yourself and your aging process. I encourage you to learn to love your inner and outer imperfections because you are your own worst critic.
We must be realistic about what we can and cannot do. That's not being pessimistic or negative, but it's being real. Being rational and realistic is one of the advantages as we grow older. Finality is something that everyone must accept. No matter how hard we try to stave it off, it will eventually catch up with us. Finality is a reality that no one can avoid.
**In conclusion**
Life's so short that we shouldn't be too hard on it. No one can live a perfect life. And it doesn't have to be what you expected it to be. There's no rule book, and you don't have to figure it out before you get started. You just have to do what feels right, and laugh when things fall apart.
The older we get, the more we realize that life can be taken away from us in a flash. As a result, at all costs, we should not wait or procrastinate, we should take advantage of every moment right now because tomorrow might never come.
We are all going through the same thing, trying to make the best out of this thing called life. We all want to live our lives to the fullest. However, we are all different people with different stories and different struggles.

Information is a great weapon
Information can be a great weapon. It can educate, enlighten, obscure and empower people. And it can be a great shield too. It can obscure, confuse, and disempower people. But it's to main power is either to enlighten, or to obscure. Information can be fathomless.
*In our modern world, it's hard to distinguish between information and entertainment, information and advertisement, information and disinformation.*
*We're in the middle of a war for human attention. With the click of a button you can get almost any information you wish. And you can also be exposed to countless ads, the main goal of which is to stimulate your subconscious mind to make impulsive decisions without thinking too much.*
*It's an almost unlimited resource. You can invent anything, portray anything in a way you like. And imagination is also dangerous since things that never existed may seem real enough to people who don't know better. You can bring to the internet any information and people will buy it.*
*I'm talking about fake news here. They seem to be everywhere around us and there are so many of them, some are just clickbait; others are really dangerous and may lead to violence and wars if they are widely distributed across communities and nations.*
*Now we have Facebook newsfeeds, YouTube videos about aliens landing in the backyard and so a lot of other places where we see information. Everyone can express his opinion on public forums and social networks, Just like readcash which makes it difficult to judge whether such information is genuine or a piece of fiction.*
The internet is crammed with information and tips to help you find the right career, but sorting through the tons of contradictory tips can be difficult.
**Information is a great weapon, but, unfortunately, it's also a great tool for the manipulation of people. Information can affect the society In a positive and negative way. And nowadays it's hard for one to know true information.**
What I think is key and if you look around the world at different countries, you can see this in action is that information has to be protected. If a country doesn't protect freedom of speech and its journalists, then that country will never achieve its economic or social goals. And so protecting freedom of information is crucially important.
Lot of people's lives are being destroyed due to the information they see on the internet. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the internet is at fault. I'm just trying to let you know how powerful information is. And how it can influence someone's life , either positively or negatively.
**In conclusion**
Information can transmit knowledge from one person to another and from one generation to another. That's why the struggle for information is always a struggle for freedom and against monopolies.
The most important thing about information is not how much you have, but what you do with it. If you're ignorant, no amount of information is going to help you.
The more information you have, the better informed you are. However, there can be too much information and when it is misused, it can become confusing and misleading, especially when it has no context. More important, when you are bombarded with information from all directions, like our social media timelines, you miss truths that are closer to home.

Honesty is the best principle
We are in a society where we are trying to be something that we are not. We are constantly bombarded by what the ideal body is and how you are suppose to look. We want to live in a world where acceptance is the only thing that matters. By trying to please people, we become dishonest.
We need to be honest in everything we do. That includes being honest with ourselves first, so we can carry that honesty through life.
That doesn't mean we have to tell everyone the truth. Telling someone exactly what you think might not be best for them. It may hurt their feelings or make them angry.
Sometimes, it's easier to lie and say what we think people want to hear. Some people call this white lies. They're lies that make people feel better or comfortable, but they aren't the truth. But I still believe we should tell people what we're thinking, even if it seems hard for us to say it.
*A liar has a short life. If you believe that someone is lying to you then don't trust that person or if you are lying to someone else then know that you are going to get caught one day.*
*The lie is a weakness and honesty is strength. This can be seen in every walk of life. People in politics usually lie to get their way up and there is never any accountability for them because no one trusts them.*
*There are liars everywhere and we should not get fooled by them. Those who are honest are truthful with what they say, think and do. In order to lead a great life one needs to be honest with everyone at every given point of time and never be afraid of being honest.*
*We all have some flaws or secret. It's the reason why so many people are afraid to be honest about things; it's the fear of what others will think when they find out that you're not invincible.*
I like when someone is honest, even when it hurts. We need to embrace honesty. It's the only way we can make things better. We see it everywhere, people who can't be honest with themselves, with their friends, with their family, with their communities.
We must be honest and we must know that honesty is appreciated. Honesty is needed in my relationships, friendships and even in hobbies. Honesty will help us to make the right decisions in life. If people can not trust us, how will we be able to make friends, or find a significant other.
We will not be able to make any real connections or relationships if we are not honest with people. Honesty helps us to be a better person and helps us to learn lessons and makes us grow as a person. We also need to be honest to our selves, because sometimes we make mistakes and start doing something bad which we shouldn't be doing, that leads us to disappointment.
You need to be honest to yourself. When I say honest to yourself, I don't mean being an ass, I mean facing your fears so that you can improve and become a better version of yourself. We have to be honest with ourselves if we're going to be honest with others.
Denial things may lead to bad results. For example, some of us do not want our relatives to know when they are in trouble so we tell them everything is okay. You should not do this because when things become worse, you will be sorry for not telling the truth from the beginning.
If you can be honest, no matter what the result is, it will bring you success and peace of mind.
I know that honesty is hard. It's really scary sometimes to be so honest when facing the fear of being judged by others. But guess what? There are always going to be haters, but there will also be millions of supporters who share your vision and who want to help you succeed.
There's a lot of negativity out there and a lot of judgment, misunderstanding and confusion, but we still need to be honest in all we do, no matter what people may say.
Other lesson that I have learned from being honest is that it makes me feel good about myself and at the same time it gives me pride about my personality. It also gives me self-confidence and the best thing about being honest is that it will give you respect from other people, which is very important for being successful in life.

Action speaks louder than voice
The saying emphasizes the importance of doing, not thinking or talking. It's all too easy to think you will do something, but in reality more often than not you don't.
Silence, When push comes to shove, it's one of the most powerful things in the world. Action speaks louder than voice.
In silence, you have a point.
In action, you have a voice.
More importantly, one of the most important thing I learned lately is that there are times where I wish I could just walk away.
Dealing with someone who never seems to get me, will always cause a lot of headache. In the mean time, however, I have learned that we get what we want if we just show them how important it is for us to be right and that we speak less and do more.
I am not trying to say that we should not speak up for our needs but sometimes when we do so, there is a clear disclaimer that what we speak should be of equal value from what we do as an act of reciprocation.
Oftentimes, we get so caught up in what we want to say, we forget how to communicate. We wallow in the pain of our experiences and replay their negatives in our minds. In an attempt to free ourselves from this self-defeating cycle, we do things like meditate, focus on the present, and stretch until we’re so tired we fall asleep.
A lot of people try to figure out a way to escape the clutter in their heads. We want our thoughts to be productive rather than destructive.
My approach is to get my body moving. I run, do push-ups and sit-ups, or just go for a walk. When my blood is flowing and my heart rate is up, I find it easier to have an honest conversation with myself. Thoughts come and go, but physical activity keeps me present.
When I’m moving around, I can be mindful of my thoughts while also engaged in the activity at hand. I can feel my mind and my body working in unison. For example, when I’m running at a fast pace I’m able to think about what happened during a particular day at work.
Sometimes your action is enough. Your passion is impressive, but you are not the only one who feels it. We all have passion, and we all have the ability to move and be effective in our own way.
Why do we need to start running and shouting to make our point? Do people not have the time to listen anymore? Why are we losing our voice for action?
Let’s talk about these questions and see if we can find a solution.
There must be a switch somewhere that turns on when you talk. The amount of power you put in your voice and what it does, can be so much more when it comes to action. Many people talk about taking action but few people are actually doing something about it. To get you out of the brainstorming phase and into the do-it-now phase, here are a few tips.
Action must be measurable: In other words, when you are finished with your actions, you must know that you have done something. If you don’t know how to measure your success, then maybe what you’re doing isn’t an action at all.

I'm in love with two girls but I don't know which one to choose.
I'm in love with two girls but I don't know which one to choose. I love them both so I'm kinda lost. Both of them are perfect in their own ways, pretty and intelligent.
I have been feeling this way ever since, but I was too afraid to do something about it because I thought that I might make the wrong decision.
My problem is that I can't decide which one to pick. I've never loved anyone before so I honestly don't know if they are my first loves, but they are the only ones I've had strong feelings for. I love both of them for different reasons and yet I can't help but feel drawn to both of them. I don't want to hurt either one of them but there is no easy solution to this.
Without going into great detail, I met the two girls who had similar qualities and both fit the kind of woman I love. But they were different in personality. However, they're both in their mid-20s. I've been dating one for a year and the other for a month.

**The first girl, Oroma.**
Oroma is a young and optimistic lady. This girl is fine, so fine. I love beautiful things, so like I said the first thing I seek in a lady is beauty. Aside her beauty, Oroma is very brilliant, she is among the best student in her school. This means she's also qualified for the smartness I'm looking for.
Oroma has a good shape, like a girl should. So for the curves, I'll give her a 10 on 10. Now that Oroma has three of what I needed in a girlfriend, normally one would think she's the one for me. But Oroma is a arrogant girl, she doesn't have good manners. Despite being beautiful, being smart and having great curves, that is her only problem, she lack good manners. Oroma never appreciate one. She is so proud and arrogant.
Love blinded me. I didn't care about her manners, her curves alone is enough for one to empty his wallet. I loved her so much that if she asked for my seed phrase, I'd give it to her.
I felt like this girl is real, she's all that I needed. But then I met Samantha.
**The second girl, Samantha**
Samantha my beautiful angel. Samantha is also beautiful. Beauty can't be compared to each other, but she is as beautiful as Oroma. She's good-looking, she's got all the things that I like the most in a woman's body. She's got the curves, with figure eight (8) shape.
She has good manners also. Samantha is a wife material, she respects one a lot. Unlike Oroma, Samantha is always caring and also appreciative.
She's funny, she's always in a good mood, and I'm glad she's on my side. She has a really cool personality, she is friendly and gets along with everyone, but when you are alone with her, it feels as if you are the only one in the world. Samantha isn't smart. When we raise meaningful and intelligent conversations, Samantha wouldn't engage in the conversation.
How can I cope with an unintelligent person. How will we communicate with each other?
Oh my God! I just couldn't take my eyes off her beauty face and body. Why do I find myself in situations like this. When you feel something different with someone else, it makes things complicated. Is it going to work out? How much time do I spend with each person? Neither of them can take the place of each other. If I only have time for one person, who am I going to choose?
My first love lives far away from me and we don't see each other more than once a month. My potential second love lives close by and we see each other almost every day when school is in session.

We all have to admit that during the last few days and weeks things have fallen apart in the realm of cryptocurrency. It's not like the hype is over, but that the hype is no longer mixed with the reality of what cryptocurrency is and how it works.
The truth of the matter is that we are still in the early stages of cryptocurrency. The stories are still being written, and we know very little about what's going to happen in the next few years. There's a lot of speculation, and a lot of that speculation is rooted in what people want to believe will happen as opposed to what will actually happen.
Things fell apart this week in cryptoworld. In what I would characterize as the worst week of cryptocurrency. The average crypto investors are seeing shattering returns as bitcoin is still trading below $29,000.
The alt coin market is on a decline, Bitcoin is experiencing one of its worst periods in years, and the entire cryptoworld seems to be struggling to find its place back upward.
You may feel this is a bit dramatic since the cryptocurrency market is going into disarray. However, if you are a trader, you know things are not good and they are probably going to get worse.
*Many people have made fortunes investing in these coins. I am a huge fan of these technologies, but just as the real life bubble burst, we are seeing similar signs now with cryptocurrency.*
*With the crash of altcoins and the rollercoaster of Bitcoin. Some people feel like idiots for buying into cryptocurrency that have crashed, for buying into altcoins with no real technology, for blind believing in things that turned out to not be real. They bought and held on to a belief because someone told them to do so and now they're broke.*
*The thing is, most people who invested in crypto had no clue what they were doing! People were either buying on hype, or because they saw other people do it and thought they'd do the same. Very few people researched how these new cryptos work or how these technologies work. Most of them doesn't even understand what has happened and are scared of losing even more money. The market is down now most of these people have lost a lot of money!*
*Many people who didn't invest were equally as excited (or not) as those who did. And they are equally as angry or scared as those who did invest in it. They feel like they missed out on opportunities or that the ones that did invest took money from those who didn't.*
***What is the way forward?***
The solution to this problem is not clear, I won't lie. Cryptocurrencies are so complicated and volatile in nature that it will be difficult for anyone to get ahead of this market. However, often times during times of distress, opportunities arise and we are going to try and take advantage of it.
The more time passes, the more I am convinced that people should buy and hold as many cryptocurrency as possible. This is not advice based on "if" but more on "when," so please pay attention:
But as I have said before, things are falling apart in the realm of cryptocurrency. It is not a secret that there are a lot of scam coins out there, but one pesky aspect of this sort of scheme is the impact it has on the legitimate coins.
This current situation in cryptocurrency is both a blessing and a curse, as I'm sure it means that there are plenty of opportunities available to those who are willing to risk everything to make it big in this new world.

No champion forever
A day will come when a champion will no longer be the Champion, when a winner will no longer be a winner. One can never be in a position for life, he/she will surely be dethroned by another person.
This is related to all aspect of life. In politics, a governor, a president can never rule forever. In sports, a team can never be the champion forever, one day another team will take over. Juventus dominated Italian Serie A for years. Now they are no longer the champion, they've been dethroned by another team.
In education, the first position in class can always be dethroned by another person. This shows that being a champion doesn't mean being a God. Only God can never be dethroned. All other kings and rulers of this earth can be dethroned anytime by anybody.
There will be moments where you and I will be better than others, and moments where others are better than you and I. No one can ever say with certainty whether or not they're on top. Ultimately, we have no ability to judge our own trajectory and can only look backward to see how far we've come.
You cant forever be a champion. You need to understand that you have to work hard and youve got to maintain what you have accomplished. A lot of people are working behind the way and they are waiting for you to become vulnerable to take it away from you.
People will always root for an individual but they will be skeptical on whether that individual can maintain their status as the champion.
So I dont believe in the word champion. I believe in the process of being the best that you can be every day and to never give up. Just never give up. I dont believe in the word champion because its a title that someone gives you on a certain day, on one particular occasion, so Im not a champion forever, Im just continuing my process to get better every day.
You cant forever be a champion. There will be another person that will take over the championship, and he/she will be a champion as well.
Just like that, one will no longer be the champion. If one is not a champion, he/she is not a champion anymore. If you are not a leader, you are no longer a leader. So you got to keep on fighting, and you got to keep on moving and you can't sit still.
Nothing is certain or permanent and that the most important thing is to keep working hard because eventually, eventually, eventually , you'll get there and you'll get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Memories bring back memories. We look at them and we relive a certain moment, in a very precise time. Some memories are special and we keep those memories to re-live those moments no matter what. It stays with us as we have a collection of special moments in our lives. Our culture, lifestyle and heritage are all filled with special memories of different occasions and festivals.
Memories is something which brings back events of the past, memories stay with us forever. This definitely holds true for photos we took with our loved ones, the happiness and joy that those moments brought to all involved are memories we cherish.
We all have those certain Memories that brings back the old memories. Especially if they are captured in pictures and videos. Sharing those pictures with your friends and family can be difficult, especially if you post them on social media.
The line between the past and the future has become more and more blurry. Technology is rapidly changing all the time and so are our interactions with it. We are constantly busy sharing our lives on social media. Seams, then, that everyone would want to capture their memories in as many ways as they can, right?
In recent years, technology has seen a lot of new products and services offering to help us do just that, but what if we could bring back memories through real humans, just like how we did it a decade ago.

Multiverse of Dip-ness
**The cryptoworld is nothing else than a bubble, and all bubbles burst eventually.**
**Cryptocurrency is a crazy and confusing space. Most of all cryptocurrencies have experienced a dip in value.**
For a while I've noticed the prices of all the Crypto are going down and I thought to myself, "What is happening?" I then realized that this is just one of the stages of all cryptocurrency's lifecycle. It's like when a baby forms in his mother's womb and then he leaves it, he experiences a dip. After he leaves the womb, he will experience a dip after every stage of his life.
There are a lot of people who don't understand this concept, but it's not a surprise because it's very difficult for people to understand Cryptocurrency. I've been studying these dips for a while now and I can say that the dips have always been brief. Even if the dip goes on for weeks, it will only take several weeks to get back to where you started before the dip.
Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Ethereum and a lot of other tokens has lost so much value that it's now laughable to think of it as a 'safe haven' asset, like gold or even an investment at all. The slightest hint of a Bitcoin rally makes crypto enthusiasts jump up in joy before they immediately sober up the next day. The crypto industry is currently an experiment in which people are investing their hard earned money.
The benefits of this dip are that it forces people to re-evaluate their holdings and it paves the way for a wave of innovation in the coming months. The effect of the dip is already making waves across the cryptoverse, with many people talking about their holdings and feeling sorry for themselves.

Anger is a negative emotion characterized by feelings of tension, udge. It is an emotion that triggers an immediate fight-or-flight response. Anger usually arises if someone is confronted with any kind of loss (real or imagined), and is more likely to occur when someone feels entitled to the loss and does not accept the loss.
The way you feel when you're angry is a natural response. You can't always control your anger, but you can learn to control what triggers it and what you do during the anger. Anger is a feeling of displeasure and usually antagonism, as toward someone or something that one thinks has treated one unfairly or in a bad way.
It is like a storm cloud in your head for a night. It's like a heavy blackness that sucks away all the light and hope. When you are angry it's so easy to be rude to people you love, because you've lost your sense of what's important. You become your worst self. But anger is just a passing emotion and it will pass. Life goes on past sometimes.
Anger is a normal reaction to frustration, disappointment, and sometimes injustice. But when it comes from within us and we don't deal with it in a healthy way, it can destroy us.
Alternatively, Anger is like an energy inside of you that wants to move through you, but if you keep it bottled up, it can hurt your relationships with other people.

The best way to avoid the influence of anger is to know how to manage it and keep it inside you.
It's a common phenomenon, which affects everyone, even the most responsible people. All of us have experienced anger in our lives. For some, it happens very often.

When you are angry, you might be hurting your loved ones and even yourself. Don't make the mistake of thinking that it is okay to hurt others in the process of trying to get rid of your anger. There are many ways for you to handle your anger. You can find reasons to be positive. You can have an occasional outburst to let off some steam. You can also find time for yourself by planning short getaways.

Weather for two
It's raining currently over here. Whenever rain falls, we call it weather for two. Which means, you and me. It is one of our favorite Nigerian expressions.
It is mostly used when there is a lot of rain and the rain doesn't carry off the leftover dust and dirt from the environment. Sometimes, if it rains for so long for two days, it can become irritating and boring. Although it helps to cleanse the air, which we all need.
Whenever rain falls, one of us is bound to get wet. And what is there to do if one of us gets wet?
It is for this reason that whenever it rains, I make sure I'm home. I would never want to miss the chance of enjoying the weather in all its wetness.
I've always had a thing for rain. Maybe it's because my childhood was in the rainy rainy city of Lagos. Maybe it's because I like being drenched. Or maybe it's because it is an excuse to come in close and snuggle under covers. Whatever the reason, whenever I am in the cold, I start looking outside for signs of rain so that I know exactly when to head home and put on my pajamas, get under covers and enjoy my favorite activity (pressing my phone)
**Weather for two (others perception)**
To some people Weather for two is all about sharing a special moment with the person or persons you love most on the planet. Show them you care by spending time with them, you know what I mean.
Weather for two is a reminder of how blessed we are to have each other. It's a promise to say I'm always here for you, even in the rain.
**My perception**
To me weather for two is the time I find comfort on my bed, playing fifa mobile on my phone. I don't mind a good rainy day, because we get to spend more time together. And every gesture of love shared when I score fantastic goals. LoL.
**Farmers and Fishes perception**
Any time there is a rainy day, it is cause for celebration for two people: the farmer and the fishes. Wherever the rain falls, it is good news for the farmer because he can use it to water his crops, and it is good news for the fish because they can swim up from the bottom of the pond to eat all of the insects that live on the surface of the water. Therefore, whenever you see a rainy day, it is cause for celebration for those two people.
**Generally**,
We don't ever let our hearts get clouded by doubt. When it rains, it's one of the best reminders that we'll still have the same sunshine when the rain stops.
Whenever it rains, we do not just see rain falling from the sky, but also two people who love each other and make a wish that it would rain. The reason why rain is called weather for two has been deeply rooted in Koreans' psyche for long time. People believe that the tears of a couple in love would make it rain and that is why couples try to cry on rainy days. Although there is no scientific explanation for this phenomenon, people believe that when the lovers cry, the rain turns into tears and thus makes it rain.
People also say that if you're in love with someone and decide to hold off on confessing it, eventually the rainy days would come and you will be forced to confess your feelings because it rains. So, if you are in love with someone, don't wait too long! Go ahead and tell them!

Tables turn
**Yesterday I went to visit a friend. He asked me if I wanted to play FIFA mobile online. He seemed very confident and I was so sure he would win. I played on my phone and he played on his. It was a nice challenge and it gave me a chance to test my FIFA skills.**
**But then, he started scoring goals after goals. To make the story short, after the first half, I was 3 goals down. Then he gave me a thumbs down emoji. This triggered me and to my surprise I came back in the second half and won him 4-3. It was then I gave him back his thumbs down emoji.**
**This is to show that tables turn, he was the one with the upper hand before the situation reversed and gained the upper hand.**
Tables turn in this life, an underrated person might be great tomorrow. That is why we should never look down upon someone because it is not their day. I always think about this whenever I see the struggle of the people.
Have you ever seen a beggar near a road side well? One of the best example of how tables turn in this life. There was this man that used to beg near a road side. He was known to be a beggar, but tables turned for him and he found an helper who took him away from being a beggar to somebody.
Another example Is a lady who sells plantain. This event happened in Nigeria years ago. A company needed a model and they needed someone that was tall and with good shape. So a lady took a picture of herself on the street and sent it to the company that she want to apply for the model role.
When the company saw the picture, it was the bread seller at the background they were interested in. Imagine, a bread seller who was hawking just to provide her daily bread. It has been written that tables will turn for her that was why she was hawking at that moment the lady was taking the picture.
**In conclusion:**
The truth is, not all people are born with equal opportunities in life. No one grew up in the same household or had the same financial circumstances as the others. Some people have been through things that most wouldn't even dare to imagine.
The thing is, our outlook on life plays a huge role in how we live life. It really does matter how we frame things in our head. If we completely look at what's bad, then we will always see the bad side. If we only look at the good side of things then we will always see the good side. It's about keeping things in perspective and staying positive about everything even if all of your friends aren't trying to be positive with you.
Tables turn, we shouldn't look down on people we don't understand. Sometimes a brother or sister is lost and is looking for a way to be found. So before judging someone for their actions, learn about their story. Maybe you might change your mind about the person.
