Anger is a negative emotion characterized by feelings of tension, udge. It is an emotion that triggers an immediate fight-or-flight response. Anger usually arises if someone is confronted with any kind of loss (real or imagined), and is more likely to occur when someone feels entitled to the loss and does not accept the loss.

The way you feel when you're angry is a natural response. You can't always control your anger, but you can learn to control what triggers it and what you do during the anger. Anger is a feeling of displeasure and usually antagonism, as toward someone or something that one thinks has treated one unfairly or in a bad way.

It is like a storm cloud in your head for a night. It's like a heavy blackness that sucks away all the light and hope. When you are angry it's so easy to be rude to people you love, because you've lost your sense of what's important. You become your worst self. But anger is just a passing emotion and it will pass. Life goes on past sometimes.

Anger is a normal reaction to frustration, disappointment, and sometimes injustice. But when it comes from within us and we don't deal with it in a healthy way, it can destroy us.

Alternatively, Anger is like an energy inside of you that wants to move through you, but if you keep it bottled up, it can hurt your relationships with other people.

Anger can be controlled

The best way to avoid the influence of anger is to know how to manage it and keep it inside you.

It's a common phenomenon, which affects everyone, even the most responsible people. All of us have experienced anger in our lives. For some, it happens very often.

Anger can not only cause a lot of problems in our relationships with others, but also to harm ourselves.

Anger gets a lot of attention since it is considered one of the worst emotions. While anger is a powerful emotion, it can also be destructive. There is a difference between anger, being upset, and getting angry. Being upset is a natural feeling that happens when something upsetting happens to you or someone you love, while an angry person is someone who acts in destructive ways and often hurts others.

How to understand anger:

Anger is based on the idea that you were wronged. If you were harmed, mistreated or disrespected by someone else, that may trigger anger. But if no harm was done to you or if you were wronged by a stranger, then that does not mean that you should get angry or act in an angry way. Angry people get mad for their own reasons because they believe that their needs and priorities are more important than yours.

Finally;

When you are angry, you might be hurting your loved ones and even yourself. Don't make the mistake of thinking that it is okay to hurt others in the process of trying to get rid of your anger. No matter how justified you feel you are, it is never okay to make another person the scapegoat for your anger.

There are many ways for you to handle your anger. You can find reasons to be positive. You can have an occasional outburst to let off some steam. You can also find time for yourself by planning short getaways.

Anger in particular is not something we should allow linger for long cos it can destroy what one has built for years in the twinkle of an eye.
