Recently, I got to read a post OF @amjadaliwaince https://noise.app/AMJADALIWAINCE/xplgl9lk The sentence he used "Women's empowerment is sign of society's prosperity" Yes, I concur with it. Gender equality is also a fundamental human right and necessary for a peaceful, thriving world. BUTTTTT!!! There are still considerable obstacles for women and girls everywhere in the world. Typically, women are underrepresented in positions of authority and decision-making. They are paid differently for doing the same amount of work, and they frequently encounter various obstacles at work that are related to the law. Females are frequently viewed as being less valuable than males in poor countries. They are frequently forced to perform household chores or are wedded to obtain a dowry before they reach adulthood, rather than being sent to school. Every year, up to 12 million teenage females get married. While there has been some improvement in some regions, there is still lots that needs to be done to address the issues with gender inequality. Education plays a big role in this empowerment. Girls who receive an education can later on pursue meaningful employment and boost their nation's economy. The wellbeing and socioeconomic advancement of families, communities, and nations depend on the empowerment of women. Women can realise their greatest potential when they lead secure, contented, and fruitful lives raising happier, healthier children and donating their capabilities to the workforce. They can also support healthy economies, advance societies, and benefit all of humanity. Thanks for reading. Image source: pixaby (modified image)
