Hello noise friends, Lunch Time: Filipino braised pork This is what my mother is so busy in the early morning. She goes to the market to buy leg of pig, then cleans it. Prepares the seasoning, set up the fire place, so very laborous process. Then boils some water in the big cauldron, puts the seasonings. The outcome is very yummy and delicious. Very different to the taste when we use LPG(liquefied petroleum gas) and stove. What do you think about this dish? Comment down below. Happy eating everyone.
