Update: Hello noise friends, Content: November 1, Occcasion The reason why my brother is busy extracting coconut is for a preparation for this occasion. We finished the preparation early thab expected. This is a way to remember those who left or departed. In this simple gesture we express this, by offering food and lighting up a candle. Because of the pandemic we are unable to visit the cemetery. In my understanding offering a food is showing that you are in good condition. So that those that departed will no more worry to us. Also a way that they are not forgotten in this simple offerings we show them that they are remembered. We will add flowers later. We found some wild flowers here in our garden. What do you think about this my friends? May you all have a successful celebration.

We also do this, sis. Whenever we have a celebration at home, we light a candle and we set aside some of the food and drinks and offer them on our altar. It’s a way of expressing remembrance of our departed loved ones.
