Tocino for breakfast Tocino is a form processed food wherein it is cured in a mixture, of salt and sugar. Prague powder plays a huge role in this process it is made up mostly of salt. It is a pinking powder that curee the meat and extends it's shelf life. Some put sodium nitrate to better preserve the tocino. Sodium nitrate is also a salt, putting salt in this process is a key role for better preservation.

Pop beans and baligang for snack after lunch. Baligang is a bicol term for lapote, it is sour fruit. We added some salt and put a lid to the cup before shaking it. We shake it with the salt to make it more flavorful. It also leaves a pink stain to your hands, so yummy snack.

My eco friendly toothbrush It works well than the typically used available toothbrush. It was a great find as it affordable essential hygiene tool. It also came in a presentable box individually. It cost me 13 pesos each a great find.
