Ljubljana (Šiška is a part of it) is Slovenian capital and these days hosts the EU and Balcan, basically ex.Yugoslav republics, summit and our pm is handling it like ... well like this ... Bad people clinging to power. Before you ask: I was not there. I was at home, nervous as it was so loud I heard the crowd through traffic, no visible line, 3-4 km away.
