Set back are bound to happen in life. Is it a failed agreement or promise? It may be a broken friendship or trust? Sometimes it doesn't matter what happens when you set your goals at the highest point in the sky. Trust that your goals are worthwhile. When you feel like you have no more to reach, you must have faith in your goals, goals are what makes you high in life. You feel disappointed and ask questions like “why me?
Truly compared to others you're not doing so well. You see things working out perfectly for your friend, colleagues, ex-classmates etc and that add to your worries. Pressure from your parent is also there, your siblings look up to you but you had no one to run to when you were their age. Sometimes you feel like shouting for the weight of the load you are carrying is weighing you down.
Also, you are burdened with things you believe you shouldn't be. You’re a student but you are already saddled with the responsibility of fending for yourself. You work tirelessly while you study. Others look at you and wonder why you work so hard. You couldn’t attend the faculty dinner not because you don’t wish to, but thinking of the $50 gown to buy, the shoes, the makeup and the price of the table, you crawl back to your room. This is a luxury you can’t afford. You consider joining the quick way to money scheme but your upbringing won’t allow you. You prefer the slow and steady way to success.
Ranting won't help, does it?. Anger set in when you get a major setback, with the situation you are in, you believe you don’t deserve the kind of treatment life is giving you. Why aren’t you born into a rich family, you daydream all day about the wonderful things you’d do if you are this or that. But when you are done daydreaming you find your empty bowl right in front of you and your empty stomach giving you signals that it needs to be refilled. You wonder how you’ll start again. Where do you start from? How do you regain lost grounds?
To top it all, if you're like many people, you're probably sitting there beating yourself up over the mistakes you've made, the opportunities you missed, or simply for not doing anything.
Or you probably wish that you could do something to fix your mistakes, to get back what you've lost, or to make things right. Well, if you're holding on to anger towards yourself instead of forgiving yourself, then you need to let it go. You see, holding on to anger towards yourself will never serve any useful purpose. There's no outlet for it, no justification for it. It's unnecessary. Heck, it's toxic. And when you hold onto that anger for too long, all it does is slowly imbalance your inner-ego system. This creates a black hole within your psyche that sucks in your energy and feeds your insecurities when you're not looking.
Very possible you will turn to a shadow of yourself. You no longer appreciate the ones you have. You become a version of yourself that you never wanted. Nothing satisfy you again. Your Oliver twist wants something more than "more". but in your haste, you lose everything. The warning signs were there, the red flags but you ignore them. And now that the deed is down, you bit your finger with regret.
Erase that thought. Today is the day, do not procrastinate or push your comeback to tomorrow. Starting over is a familiar story. It's a part of how we define ourselves. There's something familiar about the moment where you meet your future self. Usually, moments like these are chaotic, confusing and muddy. Why not cut through the confusion and live your best life from day one? Why not take advantage of your starting over moment and finally get the apartment you want? Why not get a fresh haircut? Or get a new job? Maybe get a tattoo? lol.
Revival starts now- your revival. I hope you get the point. Starting over is a great time to do things that have been put off for a while or you've never quite gotten around to doing.

Start over aren't easy and it can only be easy if we can take failure as part of success which means when we fail it doesn't mean the end of road but a stepping stone to success.
