Tikoy with cheese toppings During chinese new year we don't need to buy tikoy coz for sure we will receive a free one either from the company or friends. But this one is from our barangay councilor. As you can see, there is a face of that official stick on top of the box. As usual, politician always do expose their faces whenever they gave something. Anyway, I almost forgot to cook this, it was just in our ref. My son just remind me coz I mentioned last time that it will be our snack today. I put a little twist in cooking the tikoy. On the egg mixture I added honey and little salt. Then fry it in butter. After cooking I grated cheese for toppings and the taste became more delicious. Blended sweet and salty..
