Penne Arrabbiata This pasta dish is just a homemade food by my brother in law. He used to work in restaurant in Saudi and this is one of their dish that he cooked. Since he will stay here for good, he planned to put up a business and include this recipe. So he prepared us this penne arrabiatta and make judgement if it will pass according to our taste.😊 And I must say, it's good and really tasty. 😋 But the usual thing he do was too spicy coz people there loves spicy food. We might reject it if it's too spicy so he didn't add red chilli pepper on the sauce, only bell pepper😊. So it is no longer arrabiatta, it is the version of Penne Filipina☺ I think I should also try cooking this next time. For the sauce, it is only made with olive oil, chicken, tomato paste, cream of mushroom, bell pepper, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.🤔
