Weekend Snack Every weekend means it's my time to explore in the kitchen after some other never ending household chores of a mom..😊 Before I decide on what to prepare, I'm watching videos from youtube for some snack suggestions and budget friendly recipe which I haven't tried yet. And since I love kakanins and ube, here's what I cooked, an "Ube maja with cheese and corn toppings" Yes it's maja, but it's also looks like 'ube halaya'😊 For this recipe, I didn't use a coconut milk but an evaporated milk,ube condensed and all purpose cream, so it will still be good even stored for a couple of days.. This one is easy to prepare, and I'm really satisfied with the result coz it's yummy and my son loves it. Not bad for the first timer..😊 Does it look like delicious my noisy friends?😊 Your violent reaction is highly appreciated☺
