Gonna use my lifeline It's to ask you guys how to transfer paypal balance to other account. Someone send me 4 dollars and I want it to transfer to my other account but I can't. I've watched different videos on youtube and I followed it but still not successful coz it requires a minimum of 500 pesos in order to transfer or cash in to gcash, paymaya and 2 bank accounts.. Any other way? Thanks in advance for your help.
